- Select items → Payment → Pick up purchases at pick up counter

- By showing your passport, and airline ticket, you can pick up your purchases at the pick up counter on the day of departure.

- Pick up your purchases at least 1 to 2 hours before your departure.
- Before you pick up your items, check the quantities and names of your items and then confirm your reception by signing it.
For anything wrong, let the pick up counter staff know of it immediately. We are not responsible for the purchased items once you have departed from the country. - You can pick up your duty-free purchases only at the pick up counter at international departures and they cannot be picked up on your arrival.

- A traveler must provide his or her passport number (unless the passport numbers match, purchased items will not be delivered).
- If you order products with your old passport number or an erroneously entered number, you cannot pick up your products.
